Shipping policy
This policy applies to orders within Japan only. We do not offer international shipping.
Section 1 - Carrier and Shipping Methods
Deliveries are handled by Japan Post. Depending on the size, weight, and content of your order, we will select the most appropriate service (e.g., Yu-Pack/Yu-Packet etc.)
Tracking availability and delivery time may vary depending on the shipping method.
Section 2 - Shipping Timeframe
Orders are usually shipped within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed (excluding company holidays, peak seasons, or delays due to stock availability).
Section 3 - Delivery Time Estimates
Delivery time after shipment depends on the origin and destination. You can check standard estimates on Japan Post's official website.
Deliveries to Okinawa, Hokkaido, and remote islands may require additional days.
Delays may also occur due to mountainous regions, air transport restrictions, traffic, weather, or peak seasons.
Section 4 - Tracking and Notifications
If shipped with a trackable service, we will provide a tracking number upon dispatch.
Estimated delivery date and notifications may vary by method, region, and season.
Section 5 - Missed Deliveries and Redelivery
If you are not available at the time of delivery, Japan Post will hold your package for 7 days. If unclaimed, it will be returned to us. Reshipment fees may apply.
Section 6 - Incorrect Address, Refusal, or Long Absence
If delivery fails due to incorrect address, relocation, refusal, or long absence, reshipping fees may apply. Depending on the situation, your order may be cancelled. Refunds will follow our Return & Refund Policy.
We may contact you by email for specific arrangements regarding delivery.
Section 7 - Changes to Address or Delivery Date
After order confirmation, changes to delivery address or date are only possible before shipment. Once shipped, changes must be arranged through Japan Post’s redelivery services.
Section 8 - Shipping Fees
We use either 80-size or 100-size boxes depending on the number and size of items in your order.
Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout.

Section 9 - Cases Where Shipment May Be Withheld
Orders may be withheld or refused if payment is not approved, order details are incomplete, or shipping is restricted by law or carrier policies.
In the event of damage or loss during transport, we will handle the matter in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Section 10 - Peak Seasons and Holidays
During peak holiday periods such as New Year, Golden Week, and Obon, shipments and deliveries may take longer than usual.
